The below prices are for most items, however we recommend that you contact us to get a quote on your specific project. Pricing can vary based on the material and/or packaging.
Setup - $40.00 (this fee is waived for 500 pcs or more)
Artwork - $50 per hour
Personalization NOT supplied on disk - $.50 per line
Personalization supplied on disk/email - N/C
Serialization - N/C
Unpack and repack (total for both) - $.25 and up
Remove label in engraving area - $.50 each
For the first 1.5 square inches of laser engraving on your items.

1-9 - $1.75 each
10-24 - $1.50 each
25-49 - $1.25 each
50-99 - $.75 each
100-249 - $.70 each
250-499 - $.65 each
500 and up - $.60 each

Turnaround* - Normal turnaround time is 3 business days of production after artwork has been approved. Most orders will ship on day 4. (Large orders may require extra days.)
Rush Charges (with approval only and prepay by credit card)
Ship Same Day - add 100% to invoice total
Ship Day 2 - add 75% to invoice total
Ship Day 3 - add 50% to invoice total
Normal production ships in just 5 days.
Payment options - Pre pay by Check, Visa, Mastercard
Terms - Payment must be received before completed orders will be shipped.
Artwork - We accept electronic art in the following formats: .cdr, .eps, .ai, .bmp, .tif All vector files must have no hidden lines or stacked images. Vector files such as .eps, .cdr or .ai will produce a crisper image than pixel or .bmp and .tif images.
Setup pieces - Extra pieces should be sent for setting up your project. Depending on the item and job requirements a small number of items may be scrapped during setup. Our scrap-rate is very low but we consider anything at or below 2% your responsibility.
