Setup:

Acceptable File Formats:

AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG (300 dpi)

Artwork should be set to a CMYK color profile, at at least 300dpi
Convert all fonts to outlines.
Include all embedded images with your project.
Transparency and White: Retain clear areas on a transparent background. Use white to print white.
Include a 1/8″ bleed (.125") around your artwork if full bleed is needed. See template below:
