How To Get It Done

The engraving is done by the removal of the topcoat of paint to reveal the brushed aluminum metal of the tumbler, leaving a crips image and stylish finish. Creating a file for engraving is straightforward and requires just a few key steps:

• Given the nature of our engraving process, it's important to remember that we can only engrave one-color, solid images without gradients or greys. This is why text works great for engraving!
• To set up your file, first, ensure your design is a solid, one-color image. Gradients or greys will not engrave well and may lead to unsatisfactory results. Convert any gradients in your design to one solid color.
• Next, size your design to be no more than 3.5 inches wide. This sizing ensures your design will fit perfectly onto the drinkware without stretching or distortion.
• Once you have your design ready, save your file as a PDF. This file format is preferred because it will retain your design dimensions and details accurately, ensuring a high-quality engraving.
• Finally, upload your file online, and you're set! Your custom design is now ready to be laser engraved onto your chosen tumbler or mug.
